Collaboration Agreement

Description

Contract to regulate an arrangement whereby a Producer and a Vocalist collaborate in the song-writing, performance and production of a Recording and a Composition. The agreement provides for definition of roles, timelines and master and composition ownership splits.

The original drafting gives equal administration rights to both parties over the Masters and Compositions. Additional drafting is provided to give additional administration rights to either of the parties.
